Mr. George Zhang has over 20-year practice experience in the areas of General Corporate, Finance, Real Estate, Litigation and Arbitration. He advises multinational companies, especially those from the finance and real estate industries, on their investments/operations in China. He has been regularly engaged by some of the most reputable international law firms to opine on various PRC legal issues. Mr. Zhang is also a seasoned litigator who focuses on complex civil litigation, including breach of contract, bankruptcy and shareholders’ disputes, as well as on white collar criminal and regulatory proceedings.
