  • Represented China Development Bank on its finance to Hinckley Point C nuclear power project;
  • Represented several international banks on their debt restructuring in relation to the merger of COSCO and China Shipping;
  • Represented SCB as lead arranger in a US$ 245 million syndicated ship finance guaranteed by a major Chinese shipbuilder
