Binxin Li, a partner of AnJie basing in Beijing and Shanghai, is an experienced practitioner in Intellectual Property (“IP”) area. With advanced scientific education and solid legal training, he primarily practices on IP litigation and dispute resolution, IP transaction, privacy and strategy counseling.
 
By delivering practical and comprehensive solutions to utilize clients’ IP assets and to clear potential legal risks, Binxin is devoted in guarding clients’ business operation and growth in China and oversea. Binxin advises many multinational and domestic companies in pharmaceutical, chemical, mechanical and telecommunication industries on complex IP issues related to IP filing, IP portfolio management and technology transfer. 
 
Binxin is admitted as PRC attorney and PRC patent attorney. He received an advanced law degree from University of California at Berkeley (LL.M.), a Master degree in Chemistry from University of Toronto and a Bachelor degree in Chemistry from Peking University.
