      Representative Matters

        Samuel has extensive experience in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors and advise on a wide range of matters such as M&A, PE/VC, dispute resolution, regulatory and employment. Before he joined AnJie, Samuel has worked in private practice and in-house roles for more than 12 years and his previous employers include British Telecom, CMS Cameron McKenna and DLA Piper.
